Samuel was born 26 Aug 1723 in West Nottingham, Cecil County, MD, the son of Henry and Hannah (Brown) Reynolds. He died 27 Apr 1799 in Nottingham, PA, and was buried in East Nottingham MM, Cecil County, MD.
